Kubrat Pulev completely defeated Yaroslav Zavorotnyi in his last match in professional ring. The Cobra fought in a gala in Denmark and won by points over the Ukrainian.
Two of the judges registered 78:74 points for Pulev and the third 79:73. That was the 11th victory in a row and the fifth with a knockout for the best Bulgarian boxer. He still has never been defeated.
The fight with Zavorotnyi had to be on Jan 22 at a gala in Neubrandenburg (Germany) and was supposed to be warmed up with a fight between Sebastian Sylvester against Mehdi Bouadla (France) for a title of IBF. Pulev’s next fight will be on May 7 but with yet unknown opponent.
